Trying to get back into working out. 30 min on the elliptical felt pretty good.
Memory of the day:
Tonight at dinner, I told Ava if she could not behave and have good table manners she would have to eat dinner by herself in silence (sounded good at the time). Bart told her that didn't sound like fun. She disagreed and thought that would be perfect. So, I challenged her to be silent for two straight minutes. After four tries and no success, I think she finally realized eating dinner by herself in silence might not work for her. Thank goodness, because my plan could have totally backfired.
