Memory of the day:
Heart Walk was this morning at Busch Stadium. This picture cracks me up because they are making the same face. It looks like they are both surprised about something but really they are both talking - surprised? Not me. Great morning for a great cause! Luckily, the walk was only a mile because both girls had enough at about three quarters of the way. But it was worth it because this afternoon they took LONG naps - yes, Ava even napped.
