We are so excited for these warmer temps!
I know it's been awhile since I blogged so let me try to catch you up.
Our number one priority lately has been swim lessons. Ava is doing awesome! Saturday, was the first time I've seen her actually flip over by herself and float. It is amazing! She has learned so much. I will try to post a video by the end of the week. I strongly recommend ISR swim lessons to anyone with young children!
This past weekend Bart's aunt and uncle came to town. Although we were hoping for nicer weather we had a great time. It is always great to see them and we enjoy spending time with them. Friday night we took them to McGurks in O'fallon for dinner. On Saturday the guys golfed and the girls shopped. Saturday night we had dinner at Annie Guns (yum!!!). Plus Norma won $250 at the casino! Sunday we hung out at the house most of the day and had a late lunch at Llewelyn's before they left. Thanks for coming Steve and Norma (or as Ava says "Eve and Bub-Ba")!
We tried to take Ava to see the Easter Bunny but she wanted nothing to do with him. She cuddled up in my chest and hid. Her face even got all red and blotchy. The girl was having nothing to do with the Easter Bunny. Maybe she'll feel better about him when he brings her gift on Sunday!
