Who Needs Solids Anyway?

More bathtime fun!

This week we tried some rice cereal with a spoon. The first night Ava spit it back in my face. Mommy did not think that was funny...okay well maybe I did laugh a little. We tried again last night and it was a little better but she still wasn't very interested. Who can blame her...would YOU eat rice cereal?

Her acid reflux has also been problematic this week. We switched the medicine to Prevacid on Monday but went back to the Axid today. Hopefully that will get straightened out soon. She has seemed very uncomfortable the past couple of days plus with all the spit up it's amazing she is gaining weight. So, as I always say...hold her at your own risk!

Ava is also getting closer and closer to sitting up by herself. She can do it if no one distracts her and she looks straight ahead...which we all know doesn't happen for more then 2-3 sec. She is rolling over all the time...back to front and front to back!! Also, she LOVES to do 'raspberries' (is that what it's called...when you stick out your tongue and spit). Anyway, she does this all the time and it's hilarious. Last night she gave daddy quite the shower!
